Word Sus Mobile: development progress update
Core UI flows are complete. We are moving into performance tuning and preparing for closed beta in early 2025.
Development on Word Sus Mobile has been progressing steadily through Q4. The core UI and flow are complete and feeling solid.
The biggest challenge has been optimising performance for devices with limited resources. We want players on older phones to enjoy smooth gameplay, which requires a different approach to rendering and state management than a web app.
Beta testing will begin in early 2025 with a select group of Word Sus players. If you want to be involved, join the Discord.
